AI Automation Architect

Overview

We are seeking an AI Automation Architect to design and deploy multi-agent systems that automate complex business workflows. You will architect orchestration layers, agent communication protocols, and human-in-the-loop guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-agent architectures for complex business process automation
• Build orchestration layers that coordinate AI agents, APIs, and human reviewers
• Implement monitoring, auditing, and fallback mechanisms for automated workflows
• Develop reusable automation patterns and deployment frameworks
• Collaborate with consultants to map client processes into automation designs

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years in software architecture or automation engineering
• Deep experience with workflow orchestration frameworks (Temporal, Prefect, Airflow)
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and failure modes
• Experience designing systems with human-in-the-loop controls
• Proficiency in TypeScript or Python at an architectural level

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building multi-agent systems with frameworks like CrewAI or AutoGen
• Background in business process modelling (BPMN)
• Track record of delivering process automation that achieved measurable ROI
• Experience with decision intelligence and rules engines
