AI Researcher

Overview

We are looking for an AI Researcher who advances the frontier of applied artificial intelligence. You will investigate, experiment, and publish findings that shape how we build intelligent systems for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct research experiments in machine learning and AI
• Implement and evaluate novel approaches to classification, generation, and reasoning
• Write research papers, technical reports, and internal knowledge documents
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Translate research insights into production-ready patterns and recommendations

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years in AI research or applied ML research
• Advanced degree in computer science, ML, or related field
• Strong publication record at relevant conferences or journals
• Deep proficiency with PyTorch and research experimentation workflows
• Ability to communicate complex research findings clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in machine learning, AI, or related field
• Experience with LLM alignment, interpretability, or safety research
• Open-source contributions to ML frameworks
• Experience mentoring junior researchers or interns
