Decision Intelligence Analyst

Overview

We are hiring a Decision Intelligence Analyst who applies quantitative methods to improve how organisations make decisions. You will build models, frameworks, and systems that reduce uncertainty in strategic and operational choices.

Responsibilities

• Build decision models that quantify trade-offs under uncertainty
• Develop forecasting systems for demand, resource allocation, and financial planning
• Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Create decision support tools that surface recommendations with confidence intervals
• Conduct post-decision analysis to calibrate and improve models over time

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years in decision analysis, operations research, or quantitative analytics
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and Bayesian methods
• Proficiency with Python or R for statistical modelling
• Experience building simulation and optimisation models
• Ability to communicate quantitative findings to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in operations research, statistics, or related field
• Experience with decision analysis software (Lumina, TreeAge)
• Background in behavioural economics or judgement and decision-making research
• Experience with ML-based prediction systems
