Digital Experience Engineer

Overview

We are hiring a Digital Experience Engineer who architects and builds premium digital surfaces — websites, portals, and applications where design fidelity meets engineering rigour.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build high-fidelity digital experiences using modern web technologies
• Implement component systems that bridge design intent and production reality
• Build animation and micro-interaction systems that enhance usability without sacrificing performance
• Develop responsive layouts that work across devices, viewports, and input modes
• Establish performance budgets and accessibility standards for every surface

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years building premium digital experiences
• Expert-level proficiency with React, TypeScript, and the Next.js ecosystem
• Deep understanding of web typography, layout systems, and design implementation
• Experience with animation libraries and gesture-driven interfaces
• Strong foundation in web performance optimisation and Core Web Vitals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building design systems and component libraries
• Background in creative agencies or design-forward engineering teams
• Contributions to open-source frontend projects
• Experience with WebGL, Canvas, or audio APIs
