Innovation Strategist

Overview

We are seeking an Innovation Strategist who helps organisations discover and validate new growth opportunities. You will design and lead innovation programmes that move from insight to impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate innovation workshops, sprints, and exploration programmes
• Conduct market and technology landscape analysis to identify opportunity areas
• Build business cases for new ventures, products, and business models
• Develop experimentation roadmaps that validate assumptions with minimal investment
• Guide teams through the transition from exploration to scaled execution

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years in innovation consulting, corporate innovation, or venture building
• Strong understanding of design thinking, lean startup, and discovery methodologies
• Experience building financial models and business cases for new ventures
• Facilitation skills for cross-functional stakeholder workshops
• Portfolio of innovation initiatives that reached market

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with corporate venture capital or startup incubation
• Background in technology scouting and emerging technology assessment
• Network within venture capital or startup ecosystems
• Advanced degree in business, design, or engineering
