Process Improvement Consultant

Overview
We are looking for a Process Improvement Consultant who diagnoses organisational friction and designs systems that eliminate it. You will analyse workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement measurable improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct process discovery and documentation across client organisations
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and quality gaps in existing workflows
- Design and implement improved processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and systems thinking methodologies
- Define and track KPIs that measure process health and improvement velocity
- Facilitate workshops that build organisational buy-in for process change
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years in process improvement, operations consulting, or business analysis
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process methodology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation abilities
- Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing ERP or workflow automation systems
- Background in management consulting at a top-tier firm
- Experience in multiple industries — manufacturing, services, technology
- Track record of delivering 20%+ efficiency improvements
