Realtime Graphics Developer

Overview
We are looking for a Realtime Graphics Developer who pushes pixels at 60 frames per second. You will build shaders, rendering pipelines, and visualisation systems that run in browsers, on screens, and in immersive environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom shaders and rendering pipelines for real-time graphics applications
- Build data visualisation systems that render millions of points at interactive frame rates
- Implement post-processing effects, lighting models, and material systems
- Optimise GPU memory, draw calls, and render passes for target hardware
- Create tools that allow non-engineers to compose and configure real-time graphics
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years in real-time graphics, game development, or visualisation engineering
- Deep expertise with GLSL, HLSL, or SPIR-V shader programming
- Strong proficiency with WebGPU, WebGL, or Vulkan
- Experience with Three.js, Babylon.js, or raw WebGL
- Understanding of rendering algorithms — PBR, shadow mapping, SDFs, particle systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity for non-game applications
- Background in scientific or architectural visualisation
- Published shaders or graphics research
- Experience with VR/AR rendering pipelines
