Reporting Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a Reporting Specialist who designs and builds dashboards and reports that executives actually use. You will transform raw data into visual narratives that drive action.

Responsibilities

• Design and build dashboards that surface actionable insights for stakeholders
• Develop scheduled and trigger-based reporting workflows
• Create data visualisations that communicate complex trends at a glance
• Gather reporting requirements and iterate based on user feedback
• Maintain reporting documentation, definitions, and data dictionaries

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years in business intelligence, reporting, or data visualisation
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
• Understanding of visual design principles for data communication
• Ability to translate business questions into reporting specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with embedded analytics and white-label reporting
• Background in a specific domain — finance, operations, marketing analytics
• Experience with self-service analytics platforms
• Certification in Tableau or Power BI
