Visual Communication Designer

Overview

We are hiring a Visual Communication Designer who makes complex information clear, compelling, and beautiful. You will design presentations, reports, data visualisations, and communication materials that inform and persuade.

Responsibilities

• Design executive presentations, white papers, and research reports
• Create data visualisations that reveal insights at a glance
• Develop visual communication toolkits and templates for client engagements
• Design marketing collateral including case studies, one-pagers, and thought leadership
• Ensure visual consistency across all external communications

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years in visual communication, information design, or related field
• Exceptional layout and typography skills
• Proficiency with Figma, InDesign, and presentation tools
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear visual narratives
• Portfolio demonstrating data visualisation and editorial design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for consulting or professional services
• Background in journalism, publishing, or editorial design
• Skills in motion graphics or interactive data visualisation
• Experience with brand implementation across media
