A large-scale manufacturing organization was managing client relationships across three disconnected systems, including a legacy CRM, a custom spreadsheet infrastructure, and a newer ERP with limited CRM capability. Sales teams were spending more time reconciling data than building relationships. Leadership had no real-time visibility into pipeline or forecast accuracy.
